We have been heard about "Meditaion is good for mental health".

I dont' know, however, about how this works for us.

 

No,,well, somehow, I would know already how I meditate myself.

 

I get to know that using our five sense system and feeling all sensors on us is just knowing ourselves.

I realized this quite late.
